All UK orders received from Monday – Thursday before 8.30pm will be posted for the 9am collection the following morning. Orders received on Fridays or on Saturdays (before 9am) will be posted to make the Saturday 11.30am post collection. Orders made on Saturdays after 9am or on Sundays will be posted for the Monday 9am collection.
All orders are posted using Royal Mail second class post and take 2-3 working days to be delivered. All items are dispatched within 24 hours following payment. Delivery may be delayed during November/December due to Christmas post delays. I endeavour to have your item with you as quickly as possible and I will message you to let you know when the item will be posted.
If you live outside the UK but within the European Union and would like one of my products there will be an additional £2.65 or £3.85 postage charge (depending on weight). Please contact me at email@example.com for details or a quote.
All packages have no indication of content, and the contents are not visible or identifiable from the outside of the package. All shipments are fully covered in the event of loss or damage.
Faulty or missing Goods.
If there is an item missing from your order or the item you receive is damaged or defective then we will send you a replacement where possible. If a replacement is not available then we will refund your purchase in full.
If you do receive faulty or incorrect goods then please hold onto them as we may require you to return them to us. If you are returning an item because of an error on our part or because it is damaged or defective, we will refund your payment in full and pay your costs of posting it to us. Refunds are issues once the items have been received by ourselves.
We will check all items returned as damaged or defective. In the event we find no fault, we reserve the right to cover our fees and expenses from you by only refunding the price of the item/s.
